Terri Parrish is the Operations Manager for Cherokee Capitol Abstract and Title Co., LLC.  In addition, Teri also currently serves as a Director for the Oklahoma Land Title Association. Teri serves as Operations Manager to Tahlequah Abstract & Title Co., LLC also located in Tahlequah, OK. Teri graduated from Choctaw High School in 1977. She then went to receive her Paralegal Degree from the University of Oklahoma. Teri has served in many different positions within the title industry in the state of Oklahoma. She has served as a Vice-President of Title Operations for two highly respected companies. In addition to this, Teri has worked as an Underwriter and Abstractor for various companies around the state. Before accepting her position at Cherokee Capitol, Teri served as a Field Inspector for the State of Oklahoma at the Abstractors Board.

Scott L. Luna

Scott L. Luna is the Owner of Cherokee Capitol Title & Abstract., LLC. In addition, Scott also serves as the current Past President of the Oklahoma Land Title Association. Luna's firm has document preparation units in multiple cities, serving multi-state clients in document preparation needs. He is also the Managing Partner of Luna & Luna, LLP, a Texas Law Firm, CEO of Excel Title Group, LLC and Owner of  Vinita Title Company., LLC and Tahlequah Abstract & Title Co., LLC.

Mr. Luna received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1991. He was admitted to practice law in Texas during the same year. Scott is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association, Minnesota Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Courts in these states. Scott holds an Escrow Agency License in Texas and Oklahoma. He is licensed as an Escrow Officer in Texas and is a member the Texas Land Title Association.
